Configure account structure dimension drop down

Explore the possibility of enabling a drop down on the Configure account structures > "Which values are allowed for the field".

-SysExpressionBuilderLookup - this is the form used by the workflow UI, can we tie into this?

May not be possible for us as end user/partner team to modify the screen as it is being generated as a managed control. We do not have the source code for this control.
